Pete's Eats Story
For as long as I can remember, the kitchen has always been my happy place. I feel completely free and alive like an artist with a blank canvass. Sometimes I jump right in and start creating recipes on the fly, but other times I carefully consider an existing recipe and how it can be changed or improved. I distinctly remember my first foray into cooking back in fourth grade French class. We were shown how to make crepes and I was instantly hooked on cooking. From that point on I have taken every opportunity to hone my kitchen skills, broaden my culinary horizons and explore the foods of many cultures. Word of mouth has landed me some fun and exciting challenges such as making and decorating wedding cakes; catering weddings, showers, parties, corporate meals; hosting open kitchen instruction; and now running Pete's Eats across several social platforms. From ideation to creation, acting, lights & sound, editing, voiceover, music and publishing I have embraced every aspect of content creation and community engagement. My vigor for each new day in the kitchen has never wavered and I look forward to the opportunity to make someone smile from a gastronomical standpoint. Whether it is a food that evokes memories or a taste that is brand new and wakes the senses, properly paired ingredients touch the soul in an unspoken language.
When food is your passion, there is never a dull day. Creativity has no boundaries when you are cooking, baking, grilling or utilizing any culinary methods.
